Immunizations

PLEASE NOTE: We may be in rural areas near the borders of Burma, Laos, and Cambodia, so you will need all of the vaccinations recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for travelers to Thailand.

Please make sure all of your routine vaccinations are up to date.
The CDC recommends the following vaccinations:

• Hepatitus A
• Typhoid
• Hepatitus B
• Japanese Encephalitus
• Malaria

Teams will not be working with animals, so the rabies vaccination is not necessary.

Please get vaccinations as soon as possible, because some of them require multiple visits to the doctor or clinic.
